Faith and Fernando (she/her, he/him) had an intimate courthouse elopement, just the two of them. Like many couples who decide to elope, it was important to them that these moments were kept intimate! After being married for 1 year, F&F wanted to celebrate their anniversary with a romantic weekend getaway filled with candlelit dinners, cozy quality time paired with room service, small town bike rides, and classic cocktails. Satire Hotel in Alexandria, Virginia, made for the perfect accommodation for such an occasion. ✨
Not only did this weekend feel as if they were two characters playing out a romance film, but it was the weekend they decided to take the next step into sharing the exciting news with close family and friends!
As a Maryland elopement photographer these sessions are what I dream of, moments to be documented that are full of love and authenticity!
